Compression Fracture of vertabre at 20....
Posted April 20th, 2008 by brownftHi, My name is Frank Brown and I'm a college student at Auburn University Al. One year ago I had an accident in which I fell backwards onto the corner of a table causing a compression fracture on one of my upper vertebrae. Now if I sit down for more than 30 or 45 min. it feels like there is a hot needle sticking into my back where the fracture is and I do alot of sitting i.e. Class and Studying. I just don't know what to do b/c I'm 21 and I can't sit down for a while without being in pain.

Lower Back Pain
Posted March 18th, 2008 by Cedar GroveI am a 39 year old male who has been experiencing lower back pain primarily at night (in the laying down position) for approx. 3 years now. I've seen every doctor imaginable, from Chiropractors, to Orthopedics Dr's, Spine surgeons, Wholistic Medicine, Massage therapy, Physical Therapy, etc. I 've had steriod injections, facet block injections and no help. I am an active person. The more I move around the better I feel, but the night....the night is a killer. I wake up in severe pain as if a 300lb weight is compressing my lower back.
