I am a 39 year old active woman who is going to have surgery on c-6. I was wondering how long I have to wait to run again or attend my spinning classes. I was told that I could walk the day after surgery, but at what pace does that mean? also, I have a two year old that I constantly lift out of a crib and into a car seat. How will that affect me post-surgery?
